About 10 days ago I logged into my email at a gaming cafe while on vacation and I was keylogged. They attempted to get into my banking account (luckely failed) but they did get into my darkfall and battle.net accounts. (Fucking stupid, I had the same passwords for those).

I got controll of my account back but it has been banned for "being in connection with compromised accounts" (yeah, no shit) I have been exchanging emails back and forth with aventurine and expect to have my account restored, I just hope the jackoff who did this didn't leave my bank bone dry.

Aparently my account is perminantly banned and they will not reverse it... I am sort of in shock as it doesn't make any fucking sense at all.

I sent in three tickets and they all got the same response so there is definatly no mistake, I guess this is goodbye.
